Coaching

I have been coaching athletes of all abilities from 2005, and enjoy seeing each one grow in ability and confidence. Most of my time is spent coaching people online nowadays, but for those wanting 1:1 instruction, this can be arranged.

I try to keep the ethos behind triperformance as friendly as possible. I do not believe in placing quotas on contact time with myself, and am always happy to meet face to face for a catch up, or talk over the phone. Everyone has different needs from a coach, and I can adapt to suit you.

I believe that as an individual I have personally experienced a lot of the common situations that people seek help with – being overweight, being injured, being happy with a pb and wanting to hit the next level etc. I don’t just sit back and set the sessions, I actively participate in them. I try to meet with athletes at races and informal training days, and believe the best results are obtained through a constant dialogue.
