I have over the years coached numerous athletes from first timers to those representing the GB age groups, from sprint distance to Ironman, and even those who just want to either swim, bike or run as a single discipline.
It isn’t all about multi-sport however. I have extensive experience in the health and fitness industry and have run weight loss camps, bootcamps, and worked with people to improve their fitness whatever their goals.
